The Badhani Foundation began in 2005 when a group of passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds came together with a shared vision of creating positive change in rural Uttarakhand. What started as a small literacy program in one village has grown into a comprehensive development organization working across multiple states in India. Through the years, we have remained committed to our grassroots approach, ensuring that communities are active participants in their own development journey.
Today, Badhani Foundation works with over 100 communities, impacting more than 50,000 lives annually through our integrated programs in education, health, livelihood, and environmental conservation.
We believe in taking responsibility for the wellbeing of underprivileged children, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
